Return Policy

At SNK FOOD SUPPLEMENTS TRADING LLC, we are committed to offering premium products to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 2 days of receiving your order, and exchanges within 5 days of receipt. Please note, if more than 48 hours have passed since you received your item, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund. Similarly, if more than 5 days have passed, we cannot accommodate an exchange request.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was received, with its original packaging intact. Please be aware that clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (in cases of Cash on Delivery/Credit Card on Delivery, you will need to provide us with your bank account details). Refunds are usually processed within a few days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after approval, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as there may be delays in posting. If all else fails and you still haven’t received your refund, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Shipping

If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the refund, deducting any applicable return shipping fees.

If you need to return an item while it is still in the shipping process, we will contact the courier to confirm if the return is possible. If approved, any operational shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. In case the courier declines the return, we will not be able to cancel or refund the order.
